Is this service confidential?

It is important for you to feel safe and protected in the counselling sessions. For this reason I subscribe to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Code of Ethics and Practice and the Foundation of Psychotherapy and Counselling's (FPC/WPF) Code of Ethics and UKCP Code of Ethics and Practice, regarding the confidential nature of the counselling process and matters of ethics and practice, each contain a complaints procedure. A copy of these codes are available on request.
